Return Policy

Thank you for shopping COLORPLUS online.

We will carefully inspect the goods before shipment, and buyers are requested to open and inspect the package immediately after receiving it!

If there is still a problem that cannot be inspected or the wrong part is defective due to shipping, we are sorry for the trouble.

Please directly take photos of defective products and send them to the customer service mailbox: colorplus@o-dot.com.tw

After receiving photos of defective products, we will help you to process the exchange as soon as possible.


 Instructions for returns and exchanges: After the product packaging has been unpacked and the product has been used and cannot be restored, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

☞ Defect standard:  Products that have not been used and have not been damaged by external forces; damage caused by product transportation and shortage of accessories.


Note: Since all online purchased goods are already packaged when they arrive, please unpack and inspect them within 24 hours after receiving them. If there is any damage caused by transportation, missing accessories, damaged products, etc., please provide pictures. Prove it to the customer service mailbox and COLORPLUS will reissue new products or resend accessories to you.


  

"Defective Product Handling Procedure"


① Within 24 hours after receiving the goods (overdue items will not be accepted)

Please send photos of defective parts of the product to customer service email: colorplus@o-dot.com.tw

② Please attach the following information to your mail :

Member account / account name / contact number / product name / descriptions and pictures of defects.

③ After the customer service staff confirms that it is a defect, they will contact you by mail to confirm the receiving address and other information.

Please keep the original packaging and accessories of the product ready for the home delivery personnel to receive the goods and arrange for you to replace the product or re-send the accessories immediately.

 

 

☞The following situations are not product quality issue :

Color difference issues are not product quality issues. Due to the differences between old and new computers and the display settings of each computer, there will inevitably be color differences. Friends who have strict requirements on color difference, please consider carefully before purchasing. Or please go to the physical store to view the actual product before purchasing to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings between the two parties.

 

☞ Not accepted :

1. Products whose outer packaging box, inner packaging and accessories are damaged or lost will not be returned or exchanged.

2. It is a matter of personal preference and will not be returned or exchanged.

3. Products, their outer packaging boxes, inner packaging and accessories will not be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, scratched or contaminated by external forces, affecting secondary sales.

4. Products will not be returned or exchanged 7 days after receipt.

5. All goods can only be exchanged once. Multiple exchanges are not accepted. Please understand.

6. If defects are discovered after installation or more than 24 hours after receiving the goods, we will not be able to provide exchanges.

7. If you want to exchange the product due to personal reasons within 7 days, you need to subsidize the return shipping fee. Please keep the exchange intact and uninstalled. If the product is expired or has been installed before the problem is reported, the exchange will not be accepted for any reason. 


If you have any concerns about online shopping, it is recommended that you go to a physical store to purchase.



*Please note that this price does not include any fees that your card-issuing bank may charge for cross-border transactions, nor does it include fees such as import taxes/duties that may be charged by the customs office of your delivery address. 

If your order total exceeds the tax exemption amount stipulated in your region, you will need to pay the additional tax payable upon delivery.

COLORPLUS is not responsible for the above mentioned charges or taxes and will not provide compensation for them.
