The polished surface is paired with the distinctive texture of 3D-printed titanium. This contrast between reflective and matte metal emphasizes the structure’s curves, connections and precisely arranged mechanical details.

At the core of the BRFC01T is a Ti-6Al-4V titanium support architecture produced through metal additive manufacturing.

Built layer by layer, this manufacturing process makes it possible to create a lightweight, structurally efficient form with complex geometry that would be difficult to achieve through conventional manufacturing alone.

The result is a complete front carrier block weighing only 90 g, depending on the model, while supporting a maximum load of 15 kg.

Structural performance is not determined by a single static load measurement.

The front carrier block was therefore submitted for independent SGS fatigue testing under ISO 11243 standards. Under a 20 kg laboratory test load, the structure completed:

• 100,000 vibration cycles
• 100,000 lateral swing cycles

No visible cracks were found after testing.

The 20 kg figure represents the laboratory fatigue-test condition. The product’s recommended maximum load remains 15 kg.
